Exhibitors Facts Sheet

  • Booth Setup

    Booth set-up is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday, March 1, and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, March 2.  If additional time is required for setup, special arrangements must be requested on the Booth Rental Agreement.

     

    There will be reserved parking for exhibitors vehicles in the lot directly behind the City Center

     

  • Hospitality Suite

    An exhibitors’ lounge will be made available for resting and eating—light refreshments will be provided. The lounge will be located in the City Center’s basement area this year for our exhibitor's convenience.
  • No Food

    No food is allowed to be given away or sold by any of the exhibitors during the Home & Garden Show
  • Booth Take Down

    Booth take down should commence immediately after the show closing at 4 p.m. on Sunday.  No exhibitor will be allowed to remove any portion of their exhibit prior to the closing at 4 p.m. on Sunday.  Any exhibitor who removes any portion of their exhibit prior to 4 p.m. on Sunday shall forfeit their right to participate in future Home & Garden Shows.

Dear Exhibitor:

It’s my pleasure to offer you a contract for exhibit space at the annual Saratoga Springs Rotary Club Home & Garden Show, to be held March 2 – March 4, 2010. This three day, community event brings 6,000 people to the Saratoga Springs City Center, offering you a great opportunity to interact with customers.

Booth space is limited this year. We have more exhibitors than booths. It is very important to return your contract along with the deposit as soon as possible.

Enclosed is everything you need to complete your booth reservation process. Please pay close attention to the deadlines.

FACT SHEET listing important dates, times and particulars of the Home & Garden Show. We will continue the Saturday hours of 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. once again this year.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS with the rules regarding the Show. Please read these carefully.

BOOTH RENTAL AGREEMENT for you to review, sign, and return with your 50% deposit no later than December 1, 2011.

If we do not receive your signed contract and deposit by 12/1/11, we will assume you will not be renewing your booth and will offer it to vendors on our waiting list.

Admissions

  • Adults & Seniors — $6.00 each
  • Children (over 5)$1.00 each
  • Children (under 5)FREE

    Ten complimentary tickets will be given to each exhibitor for their personal use.

Prizes

Door prizes valued at approximately $50 each will be given away hourly over the three day event. The grand prize winner will be drawn at 4 p.m. on Sunday. Exhibitors and Rotarians and their immediate family members are not eligible as prize winners.
