It’s my pleasure to offer you a contract for exhibit space at the annual Saratoga Springs Rotary Club Home & Garden Show, to be held March 2 – March 4, 2010. This three day, community event brings 6,000 people to the Saratoga Springs City Center, offering you a great opportunity to interact with customers.
Booth space is limited this year. We have more exhibitors than booths. It is very important to return your contract along with the deposit as soon as possible.
Enclosed is everything you need to complete your booth reservation process. Please pay close attention to the deadlines.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS with the rules regarding the Show. Please read these carefully.
BOOTH RENTAL AGREEMENT for you to review, sign, and return with your 50% deposit no later than December 1, 2011.
If we do not receive your signed contract and deposit by 12/1/11, we will assume you will not be renewing your booth and will offer it to vendors on our waiting list.
